STONE MOSAIC WORKSHOP

Suitable for adults and children over 12.
Individuals, families and groups welcome.

What's included

Your creative flair

Each participant will learn essential mosaic skills to complete a mosaic with stone approximately 20 x 20 cm the "direct method" will be used when applying your tessarae (stone) available designs inspired by Greek/Roman patterns will be provided.

All tools and materials

Each participant will learn to use tools, materials, adhesives and colouring tints *the history of mosaics and everything about this ancient art form will be discussed throughout the workshop.

Outdoor tranquility

The workshops are conducted outdoors in a tranquil studio garden setting amongst flowers and orange trees located at 132 Konstantinou Palaiologou Street in the heart of the City of Sparta, Laconia.

3 hours of joy

The workshop runs from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Please be polite to your fellow students and arrive on time.

80 euros per person (2026 year) Special rates for groups of 5 persons and up

Workshops are conducted in English. Free parking outside the studio. In the event of rain, the workshop area is covered. Fees are inclusive of 24% VAT and a refreshment.
